She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science\, Civil Engineering degree\, went on to get her Masters of Science\, again at the University of Virginia\, and then her MBA from The Wharton School. She started as a Project Engineer with Swinerton in 2005 and moved up the ranks quickly to the position she now holds overseeing all of their HR Operations\, Talent Management and Sustainability/ESG efforts.
