Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors: Accredited for 2.0 SHRM PDCs and 2.0 HRCI RCs
ARCpoint Labs of San Rafael is excited to invite members of the Marin Builders Association to our highly-rated upcoming webinar on "Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors” at no cost. This crucial training session is designed to equip all supervisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and address reasonable suspicion in the workplace.

Why is this training important?
Understanding what to look for and being trained and certified in reasonable suspicion are essential responsibilities for supervisors. It ensures a safer work environment, promotes compliance with workplace policies, and helps in maintaining the integrity and reputation of your organization.
Upon completion of this 2-hour training, participants will be able to:
- Recite the “four rules” for responding to suspected worker substance impairment
- Discuss “barriers to reporting” and the three components of “reasonable suspicion”
- Describe the physical, behavioral, odor, and performance indicators of substance impairment
- Demonstrate a constructive, non-confrontational conversation with a worker suspected of substance impairment
