Building Green: Concrete in the 21st Century

Are you looking for ways to make sure your project meets the new Green Building requirements, and stay on top of the latest trends in the industry for meeting client needs?
With a projected 57% of homeowners planning to do some type of home renovation this year (according to a Harris Poll) and a large percentage of those being the Millenials, wouldn’t it be good to know how you can best serve that market?
Concrete is durable, re-usable, and recyclable. It’s an extremely versatile material that can help projects meet the new green building requirements. Our panel of concrete experts will discuss the wide variety of ways that concrete can add to your project’s LEED score. You’ll also find out about latest new applications for concrete!
After you attend this presentation, you will learn:
• What makes concrete green?
• The advantages of concrete over other building materials
• Some uses that add LEED points to your building project
• What’s involved in polishing, staining, and sealing concrete slabs
• And more!
