This meeting will feature a presentation by Lindsay Moon with PRO Mortgage.  She will be sharig her expertise about:

1. Financing solutions for real estate (home mortgages, ADUs, improvements, etc.)
2. Financing solutions for business (small business loans and more) 
3. The current state of the housing market and her insights

About Lindsay:

Both loan officer and builder, Lindsay Moon is committed to helping people with their most important asset - their real estate.  

Lindsay works double-time - as an independent licensed mortgage officer with Searchlight Lending, a full-service brokerage offering all real estate loan products including Residential, Commercial, Construction, Private, SBA, Reverse, Alt-Doc, No-Doc, HELOCs, VA, FHA, Bridge, Land and more. In addition, she's a prefab builder, advisor, and wholesale dealer of panelized wall systems. She's committed to making construction and homes greener and more affordable.

The mission of this group is to help build our networks, address issues in our industry from the female perspective and ultimately build our strength as a community of women within construction in the North Bay. 

Each meeting will feature a member presentation, three mini-member marketing presentations, or a topic discussion as set by the group.  As always, there will be networking and opportunities to connect both before and after.
