Martin has been with the Wage and Hour Division since 2009. He started as a WHI in San Jose and has been working in the Bay Area throughout his WHD career. He has provided hundreds of presentations on the laws enforced by the Wage and Hour Division to employer and employee associations, Chambers of Commerce, and State and Local Governments.
