Make It Home Volunteer Orientation

Join us at Make It Home for our Volunteer Orientation on Monday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm! Our volunteers truly #MakeItHome with us and we would love to have you join our village!

We have opportunities in all of our different departments:
-General Setups: Create set-ups for our MIH clients. This is a great way to use your creative interior design skills to transform a space from start to finish!
-Linen Department: Create bed-in-a-bag sets to brighten up our clients comfy new beds. Every MIH client is guaranteed a bed to get them off of the floor and into a safe and comfortable bed. These are a fun way to get creative with pillows, throws, sheets, and comforters!
-Kitchen and Bath Department: Create kitchen, dining, and bath kits to help our clients cook and clean for themselves. We give every client the tools they need to have a functional and efficient kitchen.
-Workshop: Since most of our items are gently-loved second hand furnishings, we sometimes have to give them a little extra love and care before they can be used to #MakeItHome. Join us in the workshop for sanding, painting, and refinishing opportunities! We also have an upholstery workshop with a trained professional that you can work with!
-Business Admin: Do you have an invaluable business skill that you would like to help us with? Things like database entry, filing skills, and more - we would love your help!
