Tim Hoyle is a national speaker and a Bay Area leader in Human Psychometrics and a certified Behaviors Analyst from the Winslow Research Institute. His company, Motivation According to Hoyle, has been teaching companies the science of Human Motivation to help maximize profitability for over 20 years.

Rick Wells is the CEO of the Marin Builders Association and is responsible for all operations of the organization. He specializes in building and rebuilding organizational structure, policy, advocacy and culture. One of his primary responsibilities is connecting members with resources that support their success.
