This session will share findings from the inventory and show how ZE growth breaks down geographically, by housing type, and by energy performance – from zero energy ready to net positive energy. Attendees will learn what’s driving the growth trends and gain insight into what those trends foretell, along with key lessons learned, factors underlying the success of the pioneering ZE developers and home builders, and emerging strategies fueling the evolution from ZE homes to community microgrids and zero carbon communities.
