Maintenance Worker II - Marin Housing Authority

Marin Housing Authority is seeking a Maintenance Worker II to perform maintenance and repair assignments in a variety of crafts, including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, interior and exterior painting, basic electrical, tile repair, cement finishing, appliance repair and grounds maintenance. Work is normally performed independently and requires the ability to determine the nature of the work to be performed, and the materials and supplies required. Maintenance Worker II will be required to be available for some emergency on-call hours on rotation.
