Warehouse/Delivery/Showroom Maintenance

We are a well-established flooring business in San Rafael looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and offload flooring shipments
• Organize and stage materials for installer pickups each morning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas
• Monitor and restock store supplies as needed
• Make local deliveries to customers using company vehicle
• Perform light cleaning duties including showroom, offices, bathrooms, and warehouse
• Assist with general facilities upkeep and support team as needed

Qualifications:​

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous warehouse or flooring experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
