About Avila’s Construction Inc.

Every project has a story… and we’re proud to help build it.
Avila’s Construction Inc. is a locally owned, full-service general contractor serving Marin County and the greater Bay Area. Since 2013, we’ve helped homeowners, businesses, and property owners bring their visions to life through quality construction and experienced project management.
Our work includes ground-up residential and commercial construction, renovations, additions, ADUs and garage conversions, tenant improvements, seismic retrofits, exterior upgrades, siding, windows, and wildfire-hardening improvements.

We know construction can come with unexpected challenges. Existing conditions may reveal surprises, designs can evolve, and no two properties are exactly alike. That’s where experience and problem-solving matter. We work closely with our clients, architects, and engineers to find practical solutions while keeping the project’s vision, safety, quality, and budget in mind.
For us, construction is about more than the finished structure. It’s about communication, relationships, attention to detail, and creating spaces that will serve our clients for years to come.

We are proud to be part of the Marin community and to work alongside local homeowners, businesses, industry professionals, and organizations committed to building a stronger community together.

From the first conversation to the final details, we approach every project with the same commitment:

Safety • Strength • Craftsmanship.

Every project has a story… let us help you build yours.
