Glenn Filshie was born into the world of building. His father grew up in Scotland, where he learned the time-honored traditions of fine craftsmanship before moving to California’s North Bay and continuing his work as a contractor. Glenn spent his early years alongside him on job sites – learning not just how to build, but how to build with pride. From a young age, Glenn was swinging hammers, solving problems, and absorbing what it means to build something that lasts, not just in structure, but in reputation.

Today, Glenn carries that legacy forward, creating luxury homes that reflect a rare blend of old-world skill and modern design. With over 20 years as a licensed general contractor, he is known for his hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality.

As the founder of Filshie Enterprises, he remains hands-on with every project, ensuring the highest standards of quality, transparency, and client care. To him, building a home is a relationship, not just a transaction – and trust is earned through transparency, communication, and attention to detail. Glenn works directly with his clients, their architects, and designers to complete the project on time, on budget, and to the high quality that we can all be proud of.
