Meet Our Founder
Marci Nava is a champion of and advocate for small to medium-sized businesses. She is passionate about helping businesses because she wants them to succeed at gaining and maintaining market share in any economy without prioritizing low costs over quality, purpose and craftsmanship.

Marci founded Framework Organizational Development to put her passion, education and experience to work for the businesses for whom she cares. Bringing over fifteen years of experience from Admin to Vice President, she has a unique eye for operational numbers and how they relate to company culture, success and growth.

Education and Experience
Marci holds an MBA and multiple accounting certifications. She has served as administrative assistant, bookkeeper, vice president of operations and board member for a variety of businesses.
