About Us

The Miann Builder company has been in the construction industry for over 27 years. We transform properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area by creating beautiful functional homes for our clients. From foundation work to roof tops and everything in between we handle it all!

Ever since opening our doors 27 years ago, we’ve been committed to our clients’ unique project needs and achieving their utmost satisfaction with our work. As a leader in the industry, we use a comprehensive approach in order to provide a wide range of services on all of our projects.

As a licensed General Contractor we are bound to offer the highest quality work that we can for our clients. We adhere to safety code requirements, use only quality subcontractors and qualified crew to offer precise, timely, and efficient work.

Our Landscape Designer graduated from USC with a degree in Art History. She earned a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from UCLA, is a University Professor of Design and a retail landscape nursery manager. We incorporate color, textures, hardscape, water features, irrigation and sustainable plantings throughout our designs, We create beautiful functional yards for clients to be able to enjoy for years to come.
