Background
Elliot Pederson is a Bay Area native who moved to San Francisco to pursue a BA in Urban Studies from SFSU, which he earned in 2003. This course of study has given him an awareness of the impact that various building practices have on the urban environment, and he integrates this knowledge into his business through using building techniques that minimize environmental harm, including recycling and reusing materials whenever possible.

Proven Experience
During his 20 years in the construction business, Elliot has developed numerous contacts, and has become a widely respected member of the building community. In 2008 he got his contractor’s license and began pursuing his dream of owning his own business.

Personal Life
During his free time, Elliot plays guitar in a rock’n’roll band as well as Bluegrass banjo.
He lives in the North Bay with his cattle dog and 2 kids.
