MENKE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 24-006

 
SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, located at 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, California 94925, until the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 26, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for performing the following work as indicated in the construction plans:

The Menke Park Improvement Project consists of site improvements within the existing park, including selective demolition, earthwork, concrete flatwork, two-foot retaining wall, installation of park amenities, accessibility upgrades, irrigation and landscaping improvements, and related appurtenant work. The project also includes coordination with utility providers, restoration of disturbed areas, and all work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the plans and specifications.

The Engineer’s estimate for this project is approximately $381,000. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class “A" or “C-27” License at the time contract is awarded. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project.

Plans, Specifications, and Bid Forms are available on the Town of Corte Madera website (link below). Addenda, if issued, will be posted on the project webpage. Bidders are responsible for checking the project webpage for addenda, including within 48 hours prior to the bid opening. All addenda must be acknowledged on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge any addendum may render the bid non-responsive. All interested contractors and those desired to be notified of any bid addenda, please submit request to Public Works at pwcounter@cortemadera.gov to be added to the project’s prospective bidder list.
