City of Belvedere - Request for Proposal Notices: Landscape Maintenance Services

PROPOSALS will be accepted by the City of Belvedere for Landscape Maintenance Services until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Proposals may be submitted by email to jfogarty@cityofbelvedere.gov or delivered to the address listed below.

BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Landscape maintenance in City parks, landscaped medians, public spaces, and other designated landscaped areas
• Trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, weeding, and litter and debris removal
• Irrigation system inspection, adjustments, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Plant, shrub, groundcover, mulch, and soil maintenance; hardscape cleaning; and monitoring plant health
• Drainage and bioswale clearing, maintenance of tree stakes and support systems, and landscape improvement recommendations

Important requirement and timeline: All work shall be performed without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or other toxic chemicals, consistent with the Belvedere Municipal Code and the City's Integrated Pest Management Policy.

Estimated project budget and timeline: $35,600.00. The initial contract term is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with potential extensions at the City's discretion as described in the RFP.
