Novato Sanitary District is currently establishing a contractors list for the 2026 calendar year for mailing Notices for Informal Bids under the provisions of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. Contractors on the list would be sent Notices Inviting Bids on District projects estimated to cost less than $200,000.00 and involving work under their license class.
Interested contractors should submit a Letter of Interest to the District with the following information:
- Name and address of the contractor.
- Telephone number and e-mail address at which the contractor may be reached.
- The class of contractor's license(s) held and contractor's license(s) numbers.
- Contractor's registration number with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Upon receipt of a Letter of Interest from the contractor the District will forward documents requesting additional information on experience, safety records, insurance and qualifications for the upcoming work.
