Proposals will be collected by City staff at 2:00 p.m. and will be opened and read publicly for: E BLITHEDALE GUARDRAIL UPGRADE PROJECT Work will be done in accordance with the plans and specifications, which are on file with the City of Mill Valley and are available at no cost to the Contractor on the City’s website:
