Building Women Meeting: Reflection and Intention

This month's meeting's topic will feature an open discussion about Reflection and Intention.  Janine and Lindsay will guide the conversation with some thought-inspiring questions like:

REFLECTION 

• What made you feel purposeful this past year?
• When did you feel most self-expressed in your business and as a leader?
• What was the single greatest lesson of this past year and what did it teach you about yourself?
• What new qualities, skills, superpowers did you discover about yourself this past year?
• What 3 words best describe this past year?

INTENTION

• What does success look like for you in the upcoming year and how do you need to redefine your definition of success?
• What single thing do you need to do this coming year to feel more productive and intentional around how you manage your time?
• What new relationships do you want to develop in for the upcoming year?
• What is your single biggest challenge in making this next year off the charts successful in your eyes? What are you committed to doing to overcome this challenge?

Participants are also encouraged to bring their go-to resource programs and inspirational tools that they find helpful as they transition to the new year, to share with the group.  Let's all make 2024 our best year together ever!

The mission of this group is to help build our networks, address issues in our industry from the female perspective, and ultimately build our strength as a community of women within construction in the North Bay. 

Each meeting there will either be a member presentation or a topic discussion as set by the group.  As always, there will be networking and opportunities to connect both before and after.

Please note that men who are interested are also most welcome.
