This phase marks the transformation of refined design ideas into the precise, permit-ready instructions that engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, fabricators and permitting officials depend on. Construction Documents are detailed technical drawings but are more often referred to simply as CDs form the comprehensive roadmap for how the project will be built in the field. Every dimension, connection, material, and system is documented with technical accuracy.

In the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout Marin County, this level of thoroughness is essential.
